# Manage network policies

> [!NOTE] Availability information
> The ability to manage network policies for an organization is only available for Managed AI Cloud platform users.

By default, some DataRobot capabilities, including Notebooks, have full public internet access from within the cluster DataRobot is deployed on. To limit the public resources users can access within DataRobot, you can set network access controls for all users within your organization.

> [!NOTE] Running notebooks
> Enabling/disabling the network policy control does not affect notebooks that are already running. To apply new policy controls to running notebooks, the notebook must be restarted.

To manage network policies:

1. Open yourUser Settingsand under Admin, selectAccess Policies.
2. Enable the toggle to the left ofEnable network policy control. When this toggle is enabled, by default, users cannot access public resources from within DataRobot.
3. Enter the domains and IP addresses, one per line, that you willallowusers to access from within DataRobot. If the domain or IP address is incorrect, an error message appears when you click outside the text field.
4. To save your entries, clickUpdate allow listat the bottom of the page.
