View and manage tools¶
In Registry, agentic tools are grouped into tools, allowing you to categorize them based on the business problem they solve. Once you add tools, you can search and filter them. You can also view tool and version info, share your tools (and the versions they contain) with other users, and download tool packages. Tools can contain DataRobot (Workbench and Classic), custom, and external models as tool versions.
In the top-left corner of the Tools tab, you can search and filter the table of tools. Click Filter to specify your tool filters:
You can filter by Target, Target type, Created by, Tags, Last modified, and Registered model version stage, then click Apply filters.
To clear an active filter, in the Filters applied row, you can click x on the filter badge. You can also click Clear all to remove every filter applied.
Click Search and enter the tool name, target name, tool tag, or related item metadata (e.g., a model, Use Case, or training dataset, or the owner of those items) to locate a specific tool in the table of tools.
To open the list of tool versions, click a tool name or the right arrow (). Click the down arrow () to close the list of tool versions:
Once you locate the tool or tool version you are looking for, you can access information about the tool or version, along with a variety of management actions. Since a tool is a registered model, you can manage it just as you would for a registered model. See the View and manage registered models page for more information.
