Observability with OpenTelemetry¶
DataRobot includes an observability subchart (named datarobot-observability-core) that installs the required agents to observe a DataRobot cluster, which can be configured with a number of observability providers.
The table below lists the topics included in the observability section:

| Hyperscaler managed services | Configure the subchart for AWS, Azure, or GCP managed observability services. |
| Observability vendors | Configure the subchart for Datadog, Splunk/SignalFx, or a generic OTLP endpoint. |
| Additional observability configuration | Configuration that is not backend-specific, including application instrumentation, helm tests, daemonset tuning, node groups, and Grafana dashboards. |
