From the Membership page, you can see which organization and groups your system administrator has assigned you to and join other groups.
Organization and group assignments allow system administrators to manage users, control project sharing, apply actions across user populations, etc. You may be a member of up to ten groups or not a member of any groups. Likewise, you may be a member of a single organization or not a member of any organization. System administrators choose how they want to configure user membership assignments. Only they can create and modify these memberships.
